Blender Project with VFX Effect

I am looking for a good Freelancer who knows how to create VFX effects in Blender.
In the image there is the animation that must be done in Blender.
I need the complete Blender project to be able to export it to different formats for augmented reality (so I don't need the floor and background, just the tree, the VFX effects, the editable text and the logo).

Animation and effects must be identical to my graphics.
