Blender Animation

Hi! My name is Bryan, I’m a videographer, video editor, and music maker and I’m looking for someone to create a roughly 5 second animation that would function as my production credit visual. I think I can handle the text portion of everything, I really just need help designing a very specific animation. I will provide references below, but to explain verbally, I would like to have a pitch black shot where in the center a sheet rises up in the form of a classic ghost sheet costume. The ghost is centered and the only thing on screen, it lunges towards the camera in an awkward off balance sort of way. Picture a drunken man in a ghost costume attempting to spook someone. I would like it to be as high quality as possible, and the movements to be as humanlike as possible. I do not want it to look like an actual ghost, I want it to look like a guy in a silly ghost costume with the two eye holes (and we never see his legs or anything parts of his skin.)My logo is a ghostly-blurry version of the iPhone Ghost Emoji so for this animation I would like the ghost to end in the same pose that the emoji is making (same as my logo as well.) You can see a couple different styles of my logo attached. If this five second animation is something you can take on, please let me know. The max budget I can offer is $1,000 USD. Thank you!
