Blacksmithing Crafting System for PC Game

I'm looking for an experienced game developer to create a forging/blacksmithing crafting system for a PC simulation game. In Unreal Engine 5.6
Think medieval forged in fire. >Smelting Metal turning into slag> slag turned into billets of different qualities> Billets turned into different combos or pure billets> Forging billets into usable product like sword blades and sheets.
This is basic concept We will follow the real process used from scratch to a usable product.
The system should be engaging and realistic, providing players with an immersive crafting experience. good starting reference would be Kingdom come Deliverence 2.
Key Requirements:
UNREAL 5.6
-Temperature based
- Realistic forging and blacksmithing mechanics
- Engaging user interface and user experience (UI/UX)
- Integration with existing game systems
- High-quality graphics and animations
- Realistic process of smelting all the steps
- Geometry changes during refining process
- Hammer and anvil minigame for smelting ingots and forging weapons

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Must be a medieval and Pirate enthusiast
- Proficiency in game development, especially for simulation games
- Strong knowledge of crafting systems and mechanics
