I have a building design that now needs straightforward 3D treatment so everyone on the team can clearly see how both the exterior and interior volumes relate. The goal is not hyper-real marketing shots; I’m after clean, easy-to-read images with simple textures, basic lighting, and accurate proportions that convey the concept quickly.

What I’ll supply:
• CAD or SketchUp files, plus reference elevations and material notes
• A brief outlining key views I’d like illustrated (main façade, lobby, typical apartment, etc.)

What I need back:
• Static JPEG/PNG renders—exterior and interior angles as agreed
• Source file in the native software you work in (3ds Max, Blender, SketchUp, or similar)
