Balcony Roof Height Visualization

I need detailed internal renders to decide on balcony roofing height. The renders should be from the living, dining, and kitchen areas (1.6m view height) of an open plan living space looking past a balcony alfresco onto a river view. Spaces are separated by full height wide glass windows/doors.

Requirements:
- CAD drawings of the balcony and open plan area.
- Renders from the following viewpoints:
- Living area
- Dining area
- Kitchen area
- Comparison of a few ceiling combinations:
3m height for both living and balcony
3m ceiling height living, 2.4m for balcony with clerestory windows at drop
3m ceiling height for living and balcony but only extending to 40% of balcony coverage
