3D Bachelor Pad Interior Redesign

I’m ready to turn my place into a true bachelor-pad retreat and already have accurate wall and room measurements for you to work from. The redesign must cover the living room, every bedroom, and a dedicated cigar room with mini Bar

Style & atmosphere
I’m after a masculine, bachelor-pad vibe—think clean lines, rich textures, subtle mood lighting and a layout that encourages socialising.

Comfort & capacity
I frequently host large groups, so seating must be generous, deep and lounge-worthy without sacrificing flow. Feel free to propose sectionals, club chairs, ottomans or any flexible pieces that keep the space welcoming.

Deliverables I need
• True-to-scale 3D model of each room (SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit or similar)
• Photorealistic renders from multiple angles (minimum 4K) showing décor, furniture and lighting
• Furniture and décor list with exact dimensions so I can purchase items confidently
• Optional mood board or material palette to nail down colours, textures and finishes

Acceptance criteria
• All dimensions match my supplied plans within a tight tolerance
• Every furniture item labelled with size and suggested brand/source
• Renders clearly illustrate evening and daytime lighting scenarios
