BLENDER: Need help syncing motion capture to image texture video

I am looking for a skilled Blender expert who can help me sync dancing motion capture data from Inertial Measurement Units to a video (image texture) in MP4 format. The final video should be less than 1 minute in length. The motion capture is already cleaned up (no clipping), I just need help syncing it with the video.

Skills and Experience:
- Strong proficiency in Blender
- Experience with NLA editor
- Familiarity with Dope Sheet / keyframe editing
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate syncing of motion capture data to video
