BIM 3D Model Creation

I have a complete set of architectural and structural drawings in digital format and now need them translated into an accurate, well-organized BIM model. The scope is strictly 3D modeling—no clash detection or quantity take-offs at this stage—so your focus will be on turning my plans into a clean, navigable model that can serve as the foundation for later project phases.

You may work in Revit, Archicad, or another industry-standard BIM platform, provided the final files are fully editable. Precision is more important than speed; I’ll be checking that every dimension in the model matches the source drawings.

Deliverables I expect:
• The native BIM file (e.g., .rvt, .pln, or similar) with proper layer, family, and level organization
• An IFC or NWC export for quick viewing and coordination
• A brief PDF or image set showing key views so I can verify overall geometry before final hand-off
Also,a report showing all steps and video for the BIM and explain all the steps to me
