Articulated 3D Character Model (STL)

Project Title:
3D Printable Character Design with Articulated Legs (STL)

Description:
I am looking for an experienced 3D designer to create a printable 3D model (STL) of a small character with articulated (flexible) legs.

Concept:
The character will have a simple body shape (such as a coffee cup, teapot, or any custom object) with movable articulated legs, allowing it to sit naturally on edges (like desks, shelves, or machines).

Technical Requirements:
- Print-in-place design (minimal or no supports)
- Smooth and functional articulated joints
- Proper tolerance between 0.2 – 0.35 mm
- Optimized for FDM 3D printing (Bambu Lab / Prusa)
- Strong and durable joints (not fragile)
- Balanced design so the model can sit without falling

Print Quality Considerations (Very Important):
The design must account for common FDM printing issues, including:
- Minimizing visible seam lines on cylindrical or curved surfaces
- Avoiding weak points at joint connections
- Reducing stringing between articulated parts
- Ensuring clean surface finish without artifacts
- Designing geometry that prints cleanly without excessive post-processing

Validation Requirement:
- The designer must ensure the model is printable and functional
- Preferably tested with a real print OR verified through slicer simulation

Ownership & Rights (Important):
- Full commercial rights must be transferred to me upon delivery
- I will have full ownership of the design and files
- The designer is not allowed to resell, reuse, or distribute the model
- The design must be original and not copied from existing models

Deliverables:
- STL file (ready to print)
- STEP or Fusion 360 file (preferred but optional)
- Basic render images (optional)

Nice to Have:
- Ability to customize the body design
- Optional facial features or expressions
- Clean, minimal, and appealing toy-like style

References:
I will provide example images showing the style and idea (articulated legs + sitting concept)

Important:
Please share similar previous work (articulated models / flexi toys) if available.

Purpose:
This design will be used for a commercial product.
