We are seeking a skilled professional or studio to deliver high-quality architectural visualization and classical interior design for a custom Baroque-inspired, residence. This includes detailed renderings, animations, and material selections for both interior and exterior spaces.

Inspirations and constant communication available through out to help with the design.

Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional or studio to produce 4K photorealistic architectural video renderings of a custom, classically designed residence inspired by Baroque architecture. The project includes both interior and exterior visualization, walkthrough animation, landscape design, and a full material and finish schedule with vendor options.
Scope of Work
1. Exterior Visualization

Produce photorealistic 4K stills of all elevations (front, rear, sides)

Deliver cinematic walkthrough videos (day and night views)

Model structure using industry-standard rendering engines: Lumion, Enscape, 5D, Twinmotion, or equivalent

Ensure historically accurate Baroque elements: pediments, columns, balustrades, dormers, cornices

2. Interior Visualization and Walkthrough

Design and render all key areas including:

Entry foyer, grand staircase, family room, formal living, dining, kitchen

Library, over-garage suite, full basement, all bedrooms and bathrooms

Full 4K interior video walkthrough (including animated lighting & finishes)

Emphasis on classic detailing: coffered ceilings, wainscoting, decorative moldings, custom cabinetry

3. Attic & Basement

Visualization of attic as habitable or decorative space

Basement rooms (e.g., gym, theater, wine cellar, spa) with immersive design

4. Landscape & Outdoor Living

Full landscape layout (front yard, side garden, backyard, pool deck, pergola, fountains)

Integration of hardscape: pavers, stonework, pathways

Optional animation of outdoor lighting, water features, and sunset-to-night transitions

5. Material & Finish Schedule

Comprehensive schedule including:

Flooring, wall treatments, ceiling designs, cabinetry, moldings, lighting fixtures

Plumbing fixtures, appliances, hardware, fireplace surrounds

Sourcing and pricing from trusted vendors across:

United States (e.g., Waterworks, Visual Comfort, Kohler, Brizo, Artistic Tile)

Europe (e.g., Devon & Devon, THG Paris, Porcelanosa, Sicis)

China (e.g., Marco Polo Tiles, Monalisa Ceramics, and curated OEM partners)

Material breakdown by square footage and estimated costs

Requirements

Expertise in photorealistic rendering and animation software (Lumion, Enscape, 3ds Max + V-Ray, D5 Render, etc.)

Proven experience in classical, European, and Baroque residential design

Demonstrated ability to work from:

AutoCAD DWGs, architectural PDFs, hand-marked drawings
Capability to handle large file formats and render in 4K or higher
High attention to detail and collaborative communication throughout
Must have classic/luxury interior design, architectural and residential engineering knowledge

Deliverables

Minimum of 4k video rendering, walk through of exterior, interior and landscapce

Two full 4K videos:

Exterior day-to-night sequence of both exterior and landscape (minimum ~6 minutes)
Interior animation walk through (minimum ~6 minutes)

Material and finish schedule with pricing and supplier links
Up to 4 rounds of revisions per milestone however the project must be to the satisfaction of the
client, whatever it takes
Final export files (MP4, MOV, PNG, JPEG, PDF schedules, etc.)
