ArcGIS 3D Tower Flyby Animation

I need a professional to create a fly-by video tour along an electric towers line using GIS. The project involves:
- Using a provided shapefile path and electric tower locations.
- Placing a highly detailed, generic 3D tower model at each tower point.
- Recording a video tour from a first-person perspective at 50 mts high
- Recording a 2d video tour of the same flight but from above to show an overview of the route
- Deliver a Full HD vertical video for sharing at social media
