3D Animation video for 3D hologram fan

We are looking for a creative designer regarding 3D Hologram Fan show:
Our goal is to create visually stunning 3D animation videos that will be displayed on a 3D hologram fan with a 1-meter circle diameter (with resolution of 2047X1440).
We are aiming for video durations ranging from 5 to 10 minutes, The output should be not only captivating but also customizable for future events (using Blender software).
Here are some key details about our project requirements:
Birthday Animation: Duration: [Specify 5 or 10 minutes]
Content: We are looking for an artistic and creative animation that includes elements like a 3D birthday cake, fireworks, balloons, and other celebratory elements.
Gender Reveal Animation: Duration: [Specify 5 or 10 minutes]
Content: This animation should be engaging and unique, capturing the essence of a gender reveal celebration in a creative way.
Customization: for both of the above occasions, we require the raw 3D Blender file that includes Alphabets, numbers (and pictures if applicable, i.e. to replace customized personal photo for each event) so that we can modify it for each birthday celebration.
