3D Animation for a 7x10x4m Led Screen

Hi, I have a client that is interested to do a 3D like these to be displayed in a
7x10x4m led wall. I don’t have much details yet but they gave me these samples. I just want to check if you could give me a cost for a 60sec 3D animation for similar content.
