3D Animation for Entertainment
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I’m putting together an entertainment-focused project and need a skilled animator who can take the reins on every stage of 3D production. The goal is a polished, engaging piece that stands on its own—think short-film quality rather than a quick advert. Storyboards and a rough script are ready; what’s missing is the full motion treatment: modeling, rigging, texturing, lighting, fluid animation, and final compositing.
You’ll have creative freedom to suggest visual style, camera work, and pacing as long as the final result feels fun, energetic, and cohesive. I work in Blender and Maya myself, so if you prefer those pipelines that’s a plus, but I’m open to Houdini, Cinema 4D, or any tool you’re fastest in. Sound design and basic color work can be handled in-house later, so your focus stays squarely on stellar character movement and eye-catching environments.
Deliverables:
• Finished 3D animation (4K H.264 and ProRes)
• All source project files, organized and labeled
• Preview file or playblast at halfway point for feedback
I’ll set clear milestones for animatic approval, first lighting pass, and final render to keep us both on schedule. If this sounds like the kind of storytelling sandbox you enjoy, let’s talk timing and next steps.
