2D Animation of Elderly on Zip-Line

I'm seeking a skilled animator who can create a short (10-15 second) 2D animation. The scene features a realistic depiction of an elderly man/woman struggling to walk, holding onto a ring attached to a lanyard, which is connected to a wire-cable-trolley moving along a zip-line above their head.
Key elements:
