Animation in Blender

I need a 10 to 30 seconds animation in Blender Software. I just need the simplest animation where just two kids are talking with each other. These kids can be two boys or two girls. They can be boys and girls. If you choose a girl then you need to have the scarf on the head of the girl as mentioned in the attached document.
