Animated 3D Video Advert (less than 60 sec)

I am looking to develop a 3D animated video(60sec max) for a concept showcasing a product and its features(a brief will be provided). I am seeking a creative mind who can also provide input to structuring the message.
It is important for me to consider the extent to which images etc are to be provided for the video or is this something that forms part of the video development service?
