Animated Photo Collage Video

I have a collection of photographs that I need woven together into one seamless video. The goal is not a simple slideshow but a lively, animated photo collage where images move, overlap, and interact to tell a story.
All source material will be still photos. I want you to combine them just as you would multiple clips, applying pacing, motion, and creative compositing so the final piece feels cinematic rather than static. Smooth transitions, dynamic layering, and tasteful movement on each shot are key—think subtle zooms, pans, and animated masks that bring the pictures to life without looking gimmicky.
You are free to use your preferred professional tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.) as long as the outcome is a polished, HD-ready video file that I can share online and play on standard devices.
Deliverables:
• One master video (1920×1080, MP4 or MOV)
• Project file or edit package so I can make future tweaks if needed
