200 Acre Planned Community - 3D Drown Fly Over Animated

I am looking for a skilled 3D animator to create a basic level drone flyover animation for a 200 acre planned community. The animation should be less than 2 minutes in duration and should highlight specific areas of the community.
Ideal skills and experience for this job include:

- Attention to detail in capturing the specific areas to be highlighted in the animation.
Will give Basic design feature's that I would like to see. This will be buildings, landscape, hardscape. This is the first draft Draft to get my ideas on to a visual to show architects and engineers to start the building process.
