360° VR Video Editing Expert

Job ID: 40094552

Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR

I have a set of raw 360-degree clips that must be transformed into a seamless, interactive VR experience ready for YouTube VR and mobile 360 viewers, with scope for additional VR projects down the line. Every stitch, cut and effect has to respect spherical space, maintain precise horizon lines and preserve full ambisonic sync so that viewers can pan freely without breaks in immersion.

The narrative is interactive rather than purely linear, so I will supply markers and cues for hotspots, branching points and motion-triggered overlays; your job is to weave these elements into the master timeline and bake the correct 360 metadata so the features behave natively on supported players. Expect colour-matching across multiple rigs, gentle motion smoothing, spatial audio placement and export profiles that satisfy YouTube’s 5.1k/8k guidelines as well as lightweight renders for mobile viewing.

Deliverables
• One master 360 video (final quality) encoded for YouTube VR, complete with spatial audio and verified metadata
• A mobile-optimised version (same content, lower bitrate) tested on common 360 viewer apps
• Project files with clearly labelled sequences, proxies and LUTs so future iterations or platform ports are straightforward
• Short preview GIF or MP4 (non-360) for social teasers

Acceptance criteria
• No visible stitching seams or nadir artifacts when viewed through Quest headset or YouTube VR player
• Interaction points trigger at the exact timestamps provided and remain responsive on touch and headset gaze controls
• Video passes YouTube VR upload checks without additional re-encoding
• Audio remains fully spatial after export and is channel-mapped correctly

Preferred tools are Premiere Pro with the VR effects suite, After Effects, Mistika VR or equivalent; I’m flexible as long as the output meets the standards above. Footage and audio assets are ready to transfer immediately, and I’m available for quick feedback cycles—let’s create an experience that keeps viewers exploring from first frame to last.
