Tool to convert 360 tour from proprietary compiled format to be editable images and recompile

I have a zip file containing a compiled 360 tour that contains SWL, PNG, JPG, PB, MMP & MFST files. I am looking for a tool to export this and files like these so I can edit the images then recompile back into the same proprietary format to re-render. You would obviously know exactly what these files were and be able to provide the tool reasonably quickly. I can provide additional test files if required. My expectation would be you bid a fixed price for producing the tool.
