Real Estate Drone Imaging Package

I’m setting up a new drone-photography venture that will cater specifically to the real-estate market, so I need polished visuals that can double as both client deliverables and portfolio pieces. The immediate assignment is to capture and supply aerial stills, video tours, 360-degree panoramas and basic mapping material for a mix of residential homes and vacant land plots.

Here’s the flow I have in mind:

• On-site drone work – You’ll fly, frame and shoot high-resolution photographs of each location, then record smooth 4K video passes suitable for short marketing reels.
• 360-degree panorama creation – Please stitch full-sphere images that can be uploaded straight into virtual-tour platforms.
• Aerial mapping – Generate an orthomosaic or comparable top-down map so that lot boundaries and terrain can be reviewed by potential buyers.
• Post-production – Colour-grade stills and videos in Lightroom, Photoshop or equivalent; deliver both edited and RAW files so I can re-brand as needed.

Deliverables (per site)
• 20+ retouched aerial photos (JPEG + RAW)
• 1 fully edited 2–3 minute video tour (MP4, 4K)
• 1 interactive 360° panorama file (JPEG/HTML)
• 1 geo-referenced aerial map (GeoTIFF or PNG)

I’m open on gear as long as you can meet these specs; DJI Mavic/Phantom or similar prosumer drones are ideal, and experience with software such as Pix4D or DroneDeploy for mapping is a plus. Turnaround on the first property should be within a week of scheduling. If we mesh well, I’ll have a steady stream of shoots as the business grows.
