360° VR Hawai'i Wedding Video Editing

I have an entire beach & mountains wedding day captured in stitched-ready 360° footage and now need it shaped into a romantic, emotionally-driven story that guests can relive inside a headset or on a phone. The idea is to open with a concise highlight reel that flows gracefully through the day, then let viewers dive into separate, fully-edited clips for every key moment.

Collaboration is important to me, I value clear communication & hope my feedback will be welcome at every stage.

Here’s what I will hand over:
* Raw 360° files covering a pre-ceremony women’s blessing circle, arch creation (& removal), the full ceremony, the welcoming-with-bubbles to the reception, reception highlights, & including full video of each singer and speaker.
* Ambient audio tracks and the RAV pan drum music we want woven underneath …

What I need back:
* A polished highlight reel (6–8 min range) paced for emotion—soft color grading, gentle transitions, and lovely background music.
* Individual finished videos for:
The Hūnānāniho Waimanalo Beach Wedding
– 1 Pre-ceremony women’s blessing circle
– 2 Arch creation (& removal)
– 3 Full ceremony
The Yogarden Reception
– 4 Bubble entrance at reception
– 5 Each singer & speaker (separate files for each)
– 6 Wedding couple quiz review
* Consistent titles/lower-thirds identifying locations, speakers, & singers.
* Balanced audio, cleaned wind/noise, and seamless fades between ambient and music beds.
* Exports in both full 360° (equirectangular 5.7 K) and reframed 16:9 4 K versions for social sharing.

Preferred workflow: Premiere Pro or Final Cut with SkyBox or comparable 360° plugins, but I’m open if you have another VR-ready solution such as DaVinci Resolve Studio.

Acceptance check:
1. No stitching artifacts or harsh seams visible in headset playback.
2. Color and exposure match across cameras for each cut.
3. Audio intelligibility on vows, toasts, & live songs.
4. Delivery via shared cloud folder in organized, clearly named sub-folders.
