Etsy Mug 360° Viewer Integration
Budget: £20 – £250 GBP
I run an Etsy store where each of my coffee-mug listings currently shows only flat images. I’d like shoppers to be able to grab the mug photo with their mouse or finger and spin it all the way around. Because my listings are posted directly on the Etsy website, the solution has to work within Etsy’s existing image or video slots (no external storefront).
Here’s what I already have and what I need:
• Images: high-resolution files I created in Affinity Designer. If they must be broken into evenly spaced frames, let me know the exact specs and I’ll export them.
• Interaction: manual rotation—customers drag left or right (or swipe on mobile) to view a full 360°. No autoplay or hover-based motion.
• Implementation: a method that satisfies Etsy’s technical limits but still feels smooth and professional to the user. Whether that’s a stitched video, an HTML5 viewer embedded via Etsy’s video slot, or another proven workaround, I’m open to your guidance.
Deliverables
1. A working 360° viewer or file set that can be uploaded to each Etsy listing without violating Etsy policy.
2. Clear, step-by-step upload instructions I can repeat for future mugs.
3. Any supporting scripts, hosting directions, or frame-export templates required.
If you’ve integrated manual 360° spins on Etsy before, or you know a reliable path to make it happen, I’m ready to start right away.
