Cartoonish VR Animation

I'm looking for a skilled VR animator to create a 10-15 minute interactive video story. The video should allow viewers to look around in all directions while watching.

I will provide:
- Audio narration of the story (dialogue included)
- Scenario script

You will need to handle:
- Character creation and animation (humans)
- Setting up a cartoonish, ancient desert/oriental VR environment

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in VR animation and 3D modeling
- Experience with cartoonish art styles
- Strong understanding of storytelling in a 360-degree format
