research paper layout

I am looking for a freelancer who can work with me to layout a 16 page discussion paper (plus reference pages - no formatting required) I have written in the social sciences area. The paper is for an Australian audience and should be formatted in line with brand guidelines I will provide, including text, a small number of images, breakout boxes and some highlight text. The finished paper will be mainly readable online in a PDF format, so I am open to the layout being done in Word, PPT or Canva. I will be providing all content, artwork, images and the finished text (currently formatted in a Word template), so you will not need to provide your own. I am looking for someone with skills and experience in marketing discussion paper design and layout, who can ensure the paper looks great and is easy to read.
