Project Description:
We need an experienced 3D designer/draughtsman for high-end luxury event scenic work for bespoke installations in South Africa.
Scope (one fixed-price project):
Convert our concept images into dimensionally accurate layouts/plans
Detailed element drawings (bespoke stage sets and custom scenic installations)
Clean high-quality shaded/illustrative 3D renders
Build-ready shop drawings: scaled plans, elevations, general assembly views + material specifications
Deliverables:
Three main scenic layouts with associated custom elements, each including render + build drawings + minimum 2 revision rounds.
Project Deadline: 20 June 2026
Requirements:
5+ years technical drawing + rendering experience (eg AutoCAD or SketchUp)
Strong shop-drawing / fabrication background
Fluent English
Available to start immediately
Duration: up to 4 weeks
Daily WhatsApp status updates + Google Drive collaboration / Google Meet
Must be within 3 hours of SAST – South African freelancers preferred
Willing to sign NDA + full copyright/IP transfer of all files
Fixed Max Budget: ZAR 35,000 or $2100 (all-inclusive)
Payment: Full at end (mid-project part-payment negotiable)
