1. Project Overview
Battle Zone Entertainment L.L.C. requires a professional graphic designer to develop a high-end proposal document for a seasonal inflatable paintball arena to be operated at Old Doha Port, Doha, Qatar.
The proposal will be used to present a business opportunity and operational concept to a potential partner. It must reflect a premium, well-structured, and visually compelling standard aligned with high-end commercial presentations.
2. Objective
The objective of this project is to design a proposal that clearly communicates:
The overall concept and customer experience
The operational setup and spatial layout
The safety measures and professional execution
The commercial opportunity, including two business models (fixed rent and revenue share)
The final output should support decision-making, enhance credibility, and position the project as a high-value opportunity.
3. Scope of Work
A. Proposal Design
Design a 12–20 page proposal document
Ensure a clean, modern, and premium layout
Structure content in a clear and visually engaging format
Apply strong visual hierarchy for readability
Maintain consistency across all pages
B. Concept Layout Design (Key Requirement)
The designer is required to develop a clear and professional visual representation of the proposed setup.
1. 2D Site Layout (Top View)
The layout must include:
Inflatable paintball arena (main field)
Two changing rooms
Small operation room
Ticketing office
Full perimeter barricades for safety
Defined entry and exit points
Visitor flow and zoning
The layout must be based on the actual project location using the Google Maps reference that will be provided.
2. 3D Concept Visualization (Preferred)
Develop a realistic visual mockup of the full setup
Illustrate how the inflatable arena integrates into the Old Doha Port environment
Ensure the design appears organized, structured, and premium
C. Visual Content Enhancement
Design icons, infographics, and supporting visual elements
Create process diagrams (customer journey and operations flow)
Develop comparison tables for:
Fixed rent model
Revenue share model
D. Image Integration
Use high-quality images provided by Battle Zone
Supplement with stock images if required
Ensure consistency in tone, lighting, and overall quality
Maintain a premium visual standard throughout the document
4. Inputs Provided by Battle Zone
Battle Zone will provide the following materials to support the design process:
Branding guidelines (logo, colors, fonts, and visual direction)
Proposal content (text and structure)
High-quality images and media assets
Google Maps location of the project site for layout development
A basic concept sketch illustrating the intended layout
The concept sketch will serve as a directional reference. The designer is expected to interpret, refine, and convert it into a professional and visually enhanced layout.

Designer must ensure all assets used are properly licensed for commercial use
