2D Layout Design (with 3D Visualization Option) for Outdoor Fan Zone
Job Description:
We are an event management company planning to organize an outdoor Fan Zone activation. We are looking for a designer to create a professional 2D layout plan of the setup, with the option of adding a 3D visualization if possible.
Project Details:
Reference: A draft design will be shared as the base concept
Task: Recreate the design in a more professional, polished, and visually appealing way, suitable for both client presentation and internal setup planning
Variations Required: 2–3 layout versions with minor adjustments (e.g., replacing or removing certain items/activations)
Purpose:
2D Layout Plan: Clear, top-view layout to guide our team and movers during setup and logistics
3D Visualization (if provided): Optional, to showcase the Fan Zone concept to clients in a branded and attractive way
Deliverables:
2D Top-View Plans: 2–3 variations, professional and presentation-ready
Optional 3D Layout: For added client visualization (if within scope)
Source Files: AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar formats
Skills Required:
