I need to turn an early-stage idea for a small, modular healthcare clinic into something I can show colleagues and investors. The vision is a modern facility where several consultation rooms wrap around a central internal zone, allowing smooth circulation while safeguarding privacy and an overall positive patient experience.

For this first pass, I only need clear concept-level material: a clean 2D floor plan that lays out each consultation room, primary circulation routes, and entry/exit points, plus a simple massing or perspective view if you feel it helps illustrate the idea. No detailed construction drawings or elaborate renders—just the essentials that communicate flow, proportions, and spatial relationships.
