I'm looking for a skilled designer to create a modern floor plan for a 2-bedrooms unit under 60sqm.
Requirements:
- Open plan kitchen with living area
- Bathroom with washing machine or laundry area
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience in designing compact living spaces
- Strong understanding of modern design aesthetics
- Ability to efficiently utilize space and create functional layouts
Existing building area is 11.7m x 3.37m rectangle shape. Living area 11.7 x 2.9m and Additional build new area 20.5 sqm can be build next to the back garage to make it under 60sqm like L shape. The house on the right with the long garage in the photo. The entrance door is enter in the new area 20.5sqm., not the front garage.
Please provide samples of previous work and ensure your design maximizes both functionality and modern style.
