Large Scale Event Parking Optimization Map

For my event, I'm looking for an expert in drafting, mapping, or architectural design to develop a detailed, to scale map for managing my bus parking efficiently. This is an extensive project involving:
- Marking of individual parking spots for over 100 buses
- Clearly illustrating traffic flow direction
- Showing accurate locations for tents and trailers
