3D Interior Design & Renders

I’m planning a full interior revamp and need a designer who can take my ideas all the way from concept to photorealistic 3-D visuals. The scope covers three distinct zones—my living room, a bedroom, and a small restaurant area—so I’ll be relying on you for cohesive style choices yet individual character in each space.

You’ll begin by translating my initial brief and measurements into detailed floor plans, then develop complete 3-D models that capture furniture placement, lighting schemes, material finishes, colour palettes, and décor accents. Once we lock the layout, I’ll need high-resolution rendered views from multiple camera angles so I can visualise every nook before we build.

To keep things clear, here’s what I expect to receive:
• Scaled layout drawings with dimensions and annotations
• Editable 3-D source files (SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit or similar)
• A schedule of finishes and fixtures, including brand or supplier references where possible
• At least three photorealistic renders per zone—day and night lighting for the restaurant will be especially helpful
• A short walkthrough video or 360° panorama would be a welcome bonus but isn’t mandatory
