Illustrated Series Bible Creation

I'm seeking a skilled designer to create a comprehensive series bible for a major drama TV show using Affinity Publisher 2.
The series bible should include:
- Character descriptions
- Episode summaries
- World-building details
Design must be illustrated and visually engaging. We will use a large number of images through 12-15 pages of text -- the goal is to create something that is as visually stimulating as it is emotionally engaging.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Affinity Publisher 2
- Experience in designing series bibles or similar documents
- Strong skills combining images and text. Images will be provided.
- Ability to create visually appealing and organized layouts
