IP Transfer Agreement for Completed and Future Work
Budget: €750 – €1,500 EUR
This project is created to ensure an Intellectual Property (IP) Transfer Agreement between myself Rafael Alves ( @danyd13 ) and Muaaz ( @immuaaz78 ) for work previously completed under our past project and for all future deliverables related to this agreement.
This game is a fast-paced online multiplayer aim duel inspired by osu!
As of right now since the creation of this new project, milestones 1 , 2 and 3 have already been realesed and paid and milestones 4 and 5 have not been created or funded. All 5 milestones are to be included in this IP agreement.
The IP Agreement will cover:
1. Past completed milestones from the previous project '2D Multiplayer Game Development':
-Milestone 1 — €200 — Backend & Server Foundation
-Milestone 2 -- €200 — Login, save system, and UI shell in place
-Milestone 3 — €400 — Core Gameplay Redesign
2. Future milestones from the previous project '2D Multiplayer Game Development:
-Milestone 4 — €400 — Player Progression Systems
-Milestone 5 — €200 — Thumbnail, Polish & CrazyGames Launch Prep
