Retro Pixel Art Gashapon Machine

I'm seeking a talented 2D pixel artist to create a Bandai Namco-inspired gashapon capsule machine asset for a small project. The asset needs to be retro-styled, bright, and vibrant, and must be exportable for use in Clickteam Fusion 2.5. Ideally, it should include animations:

- Idle animation
- Dial twisting animation, with capsules inside the machine moving

The asset should include the following components:

- Capsules
- Dial
- Machine Base
