2D Cartoon Game Assets (Similar to Walk Master)

We are developing a competitive online mobile game similar in graphic style to Walk Master (but with a horizontal screen for mobiles)
we need a designer who can create:
10 cartoon-style 2D characters (funny, cute, and exaggerated animations).
Cartoon environment (race track with obstacles, traps, and fun interactive elements).
Assets should be optimized for Unity and mobile devices.
Style reference: Walk Master (funny, cartoonish, colorful).
Requirements:
Experience in 2D character modeling (cartoon style).
Experience in 2d environment design for games.
Deliver files in a format compatible and optimized with Unity while keeping its quality
Ability to create fun and exaggerated animations (walk, jump, hit, run, etc.).
Please include your portfolio (previous cartoon/2D works).
