It will be (Officer Hensley in uniform) standing in front of Bacara doing the same exact pose/facial expression as the GTA character in the reference image. You will be using this background of Bacara, if you ask me dumb questions you will 100% get cussed out. Do not draw the tree that’s behind the GTA character, leather handgun holster will be black and the patch will go onto the hat. Do not make this more complicated than it needs to be, if you’re a detail oriented *professional* you should not have any problems. My sleeves on the dress shirt will be rolled a quarter of the way up.
