Anime Teen Character Illustrator Needed

I’m building a new 2-D game and need a talented illustrator to breathe life into a cast of teenage, anime-style human characters. The job is focused purely on character design—no backgrounds or UI assets—so your energy can go into clean silhouettes, expressive faces, and dynamic poses that will translate well to in-game animation.

Here’s what I have in mind:
• A small roster of playable teens, each with a full-body turnaround, one action pose, and a set of facial expressions.
• Layered source files in PSD or Clip Studio format, plus transparent PNG exports.
• Consistent proportions and line weight so the group feels cohesive.
• Color palettes that pop on both mobile and desktop screens.

Once a rough concept is approved, I’ll ask for two revision passes to be sure the final art matches the overall tone of the project. If you have experience preparing sprite sheets, let me know—there could be follow-up work for animation frames.
