Transferring a children's story book from paper to a digital format (ebook or word processing document)

I am looking for someone to transfer a children's storybook from paper to digital format. This is an amazing project, the storybook is more than 20 pages long. I have specific design and layout preferences for the digital format, so the designer must be willing to be creative but follow my initial ideas. The target age group of the children's storybook is middle schoolers (11-13 years).

The freelancer should be familiar with converting a paper format into a digital format, and able to adhere to timelines and duties.
