Traditional Tiny Town Sketches - commercial use
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I have a set of wall photos and inspiration images for a children-sized “tiny town” inside a commercial unit. I need those ideas turned into clear, contractor-friendly sketches that also look good enough to share on social media while we build interest in the project.
Here is the brief in a nutshell:
• Overall look: traditional storefront charms rather than anything modern or fantasy.
• Detail level: crisp and readable—enough information for builders to follow, but not overloaded with intricate ornamentation.
• Key elements to highlight: well-defined windows and doors plus character-building façade details (trim, signage areas, awnings, etc.).
You will receive:
1. Photos of the existing walls (showing heights, widths, and any obstacles).
2. A short written description for each planned “house” or themed play spot.
3. Pinterest-style mood references.
What I’m after from you:
• Clean perspective or elevation sketches for each unit (digital hand-drawn, Illustrator, Procreate, SketchUp, or similar—whatever gets the clearest result).
• Color and texture suggestions that feel practical to reproduce with paint, wood, and basic carpentry.
• Files delivered as high-resolution PNG/JPEG for marketing, plus layered source files (PSD, AI, or SKP) that a contractor can measure from or annotate.
Acceptance criteria:
1. Every drawing lines up with my wall dimensions.
2. Windows, doors, and façade details rendered clearly enough to scale from.
3. Visual style matches the traditional theme and is consistent across all sketches.
4. Final files supplied in both web-ready and print/contractor-ready formats.
