Toddler Book Cartoon Illustrations

I'm seeking a talented illustrator to create engaging, soft pastel, cartoonish illustrations for a toddler's book.
Ideal skills and experience:
- Expertise in cartoonish art style
- Proficiency with soft pastel color palettes
- Experience illustrating humans, home objects, and stuffed animal toys
- Background in children's book illustrations is a plus
- See attached for style i am after and the magical element in the background with holographic-style stars
- The book is 12 pages and based around one main character with her stuffed animals. Each page is based on the rhyming words i will provide. The example is not accurate to what is ultimately required
