Sketching

I am looking for a skilled artist to create 1-3 portraits of specific individuals. The portraits should be detailed and capture the likeness of the individuals accurately. The ideal candidate for this project should have experience in portrait sketching and be able to work with reference photos provided. The sketches should be done in a realistic style, with attention to detail and shading. The artist should have a strong understanding of facial proportions and be able to capture the emotions and expressions of the subjects. Knowledge of different sketching techniques and materials is a plus. The deadline for this project is flexible, but I would prefer to have the sketches completed within a reasonable time frame.
