Shonen Manga Artist Needed

I am creating an original anime movie which needs to be a manga first, the story as it is needs highly detailed backgrounds and even the tiniest details in the characters' matter. The story as I desire it to be a surrealistic experience for viewers for which some fantasy arts might be required. the following themes will be required - Nature, City, Countryside. Also since the story is set in japan paying attention to detail accordingly in a necessity. Also the characters' emotions need to be conveyed accurately .

Here’s how the workflow will go:

• I supply full scripts, thumbnails, reference photos, and pacing notes, Character designs and storyboards .
• You translate them into 20–24 black-and-white pages per chapter, handling pencils, inks, screentones, and SFX.
• Consistency is vital: the core cast reappears in every volume, and even minor outfit or facial changes need to read naturally from panel to panel.

To start, we’ll run a short paid test: five pages delivered as 600 dpi TIFFs plus the layered source files (Clip Studio Paint or Photoshop). If the test clicks, we’ll roll into the full run on a mutually agreed schedule.

Please include sequential samples that prove two things: dynamic Shonen emotions and intricate urban backgrounds nature, Japanese culture. Let me know the tools you work in and your average turnaround per page so I can map out the volume deadlines.
