Row House Sketch for Litigation

Job ID: 39901219

Budget: $250 – $750 USD

I need a clean, black-and-white artistic sketch of three adjoining row houses for use as a visual exhibit in an upcoming court case. The drawing must be:

• Simplistic in style—think clear lines, no shading or decorative flourishes.
• Accurate in basic proportions: overall height, roofline, window and door placement, and any standout façade elements.
• Delivered as a high-resolution PDF (print-ready on letter or A4) plus a matching PNG or JPEG for digital submission.

Please base the view on a straightforward front elevation; a light perspective angle is acceptable if it helps the jury grasp depth, but keep the composition uncluttered. One round of minor revisions is included so I can verify the houses match reference photos I will provide.

The drawing should show the height of the building that held the chimney which collapsed causing the hole in the roof shown on the attched photo

Turnaround time is important—I’m aiming to file the exhibit within the week. If you have experience preparing courtroom graphics or architectural sketches, that’s a bonus, but clarity and speed will guide my decision.
