Retirement Ship Drawing

I'm looking for a whimsical, cartoonish drawing to celebrate a retirement - something that can be framed, at least 5"x7", preferably a little larger and i can provide a headshot of the person. The scene should depict an individual at the helm of a ship / boat, with the company's name emblazoned on the side, navigating between rocks or shoals. Would like to have the title visible somewhere on the drawing "[person name], keeping [company name] off the shoals 2003 - 2026" or something similar.

Ideal skills and experience:
