The setting is during the warrior kingdoms period
During the Warring States Period, Qin is establishing themselves as a major player on this stage of History. Legends will carve their names into lore as the greatest under the Heavens

Born into a poor family, he developed a natural affinity for violence from a young age. Life in his village offered little opportunity, and when he came of age, he left home and enlisted in the army of Qin. Seeking wealth, status, and a purpose worthy of his talents, he quickly adapted to the brutal life of a soldier.
Years of campaigning hardened him into a seasoned warrior. He never returned home and gradually lost contact with his family. The only news he received was that his younger brother had also joined the Qin military. Despite serving the same state, the vast size of Qin's armies meant their paths never crossed.
Now he fights in Qin's wars of conquest, earning rank through bloodshed and battlefield achievement, unaware of how much his brother has changed—or how their eventual reunion might unfold.
