Realistic 2D Floor Plan Render

I will send you a clean, line-based floor-plan drawing and need it transformed into a polished 2-D presentation render. The goal is a modern look with realistic textures, furniture, shadows, and depth cues that help the plan read clearly while still feeling vibrant and contemporary.

Key points
• Style: modern—think light, neutral walls, subtle wood or concrete flooring, and streamlined furnishings.
• Detail level: high; please add furniture, fixtures, lighting effects, and any small décor needed to make the space feel lived-in yet uncluttered.
• Labels: keep my original room names and dimensions legible on top of your graphics.
• Output: high-resolution JPEG or PNG (minimum 300 dpi, sized for an A3 print). I’m fine if you work in Photoshop, Illustrator, or any hybrid workflow, as long as the final files meet the spec.
• Revisions: one round of minor tweaks on colors, textures, or furniture placement after I review the first draft.

Send back the finished render along with a flattened JPEG/PNG copy and the layered PSD if you happened to build it that way—having the layers just makes future edits easier for me.
