Realistic Exaggerated Caricatures from Photos

I will provide front- and side-view photos of three individuals and need a separate caricature of each one. The style I’m after is realistic with strong, playful exaggerations—noticeably distorted where it counts, yet still unmistakably the person. I’m not fixed on the medium; a polished digital illustration is perfect, but I’m equally happy with a hand-drawn scan or even a 3-D render if you think that adds flair.

Here’s how I picture the workflow: you share a quick rough for sign-off on the big shapes and facial accents, then move on to the refined, full-colour (or fully shaded) version. I’d like everything wrapped up within two weeks so there’s time for a round of tweaks.

In the end we will use the caricatures to mill them in polysterene. So we will need a OBJ/STL but if you can not provide this, we can do this ourselves based on your 2D caricatures.

Deliverables
• Three finished caricatures (one per person) in high-resolution JPEG/PNG
• Source files: layered PSD/Procreate file, high-resolution scan, or OBJ/STL if you go 3-D
• A low-res proof at sketch stage for feedback
