Outdoor Stairs Pencil Sketch Completion

I have an in-progress drawing of a modern staircase and need a clean, fully resolved pencil sketch that ties everything together. The sketch must stay true to a contemporary look while clearly showing all architectural details.

What I still need sketched
• Finish the upper flight so it connects seamlessly to the top floor.
• Show continuous handrails that suit the modern aesthetic.
• Indicate integrated lighting—subtle LED strips beneath treads or along the rail.
• Render blue-stone tops for each step and landing so the material choice is obvious, even in pencil.
• Add the cement pathway leading up to the first riser to ground the whole scene.

Style & format
The deliverable must be a hand-drawn pencil rendering (scan or high-resolution photo in PDF/JPG). Shading, line weight and perspective should be clear enough for a fabricator or architect to interpret without additional notes.

Once delivered, I’ll overlay dimensions and send it straight to my builder, so accuracy and neat presentation are essential. If you have any questions about proportions or lighting placement, just let me know before you start.
